We are also there for you after delivery. We offer a warranty of up to 5 years and a spare parts guarantee of up to 8 years.

Warranty

You can expect more from us. In addition to technical drawings, cable diagrams and installation instructions, we also offer support with programming and configuration. We can be reached by phone in Switzerland and not just via WeChat.

You receive countless offers and information, but finding the right products is not easy. With over 10 years of experience, we can clarify all the details for you - saving you time and money.

Time is money

In addition to your purchased spare parts, we store additional spare parts (especially modules from the same batch) for each installation free of charge and franco - for maximum spare parts security for years. We also strive to use identical power supplies and receiver cards to minimize the variety of spare parts.

More spare parts | Standardized components

Is the construction site not yet ready for installation? No problem - we'll store your display for up to four weeks free of charge.

Warehouse

We always include enough spare parts to ensure many years of operation. If modules do need to be repaired, our repair service is available to you. This service is also available for systems not purchased from us.
